1. Open "System Setting"
  2. Search & Select "File Vault" 
  3. Click On "Turn On"
  4. Type In Users Login Cardinals 
  5. Select "Create Recovery Key and not my iCloud.com Account."
  6. Screen Shoot Recovery Key and the file with Users "Full name _ Department"
  7. Upload Screenshot to Technology Department Google Drive Folder "Mac laptops-encryption-keys"
  8. Leave a printed copy of Recovery Key with user.
